Jan. 22 reception for new MASC exhibit on yesterday’s trash as today’s keepsakes

An opening reception for a new exhibit in WSU’s Manuscripts, Archives and Special Collections is set for Thursday, Jan. 22, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the MASC main lobby.

“Ephemera: Yesterday’s Trash, Today’s Archive” offers a sampling of MASC’s treasures that were once relegated to the trash. The exhibit displays thousands of slips, invitations, menus, brochures, tickets and more in a unique and artistic way. MASC’s Trevor Bond and Evelyn Moos are exhibit co-curators with graphic designer Amy Grey.
