PEBB Eligible Employees: Reminder – Turn in Dependent Verification Documentation!

If you have enrolled, or will be enrolling, a new family member for the 2015 plan year, you will need to submit valid Dependent Verification documents with your completed 2015 enrollment form to the Pullman Human Resource Services (HRS) office. These documents will need to be received by HRS no later than November 30th, but remember, the last working day in November is the 26th!

For the 2015 enrollment form, and to see a list of valid dependent verification documents, visit https://hrs.wsu.edu/openenrollment2015 and select the “Medical/Dental” button.
