APAC Meeting Notice

With the new academic year ahead of us we (APAC) we would like to encourage you to begin using your connection to APAC to get your thoughts and ideas heard by a broader audience. One of our goals for the coming year is to increase interaction and energize relations between APAC and our administrative professional colleagues throughout the WSU system, including urban campuses, extension offices and otheradministrative offices statewide.  In so doing we hope to strengthen your voice on matters of concern to APs, forge strategic relationships with other campus committees and continue to expand the ways in which we recognize AP achievement.

  • Do you know our meetings are open to all APs? Our next meeting is October 9  1:30-3:00pm and our guest presenter Fran Hermanson who will speak about Institutional Research, the meetings are  in Lighty 405.  We also have an “open forum” during our meetings where attendees are encouraged to express their thoughts and ideas.   Please see our website for statewide viewing locations at http://www.apac.wsu.edu/APAC%20Meetings
  • Our Executive Officers meet quarterly with President Floyd. During these meetings we share information, ideas and concerns resulting from interactions with you. We also receive updates from the president regarding issues concerning AP staff which we then bring to the meetings to share with you. Please feel free to contact us as we are a direct line of communication to WSU administrators.  Our chair also gives a report and update on APAC activities to the Board of Regents during their meetings

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
