Body Composition Assessment

Join the University Recreation (UREC) Personal Trainers for a free Body Composition Test!  Body composition testing is a measure of lean mass and fat mass.  Standing on the scale or looking in a mirror is not the best way to judge body fat; this test will give a better picture of your true body composition.  Sessions will are scheduled twice  a month all summer, this month testing will be held June 2 from 6:30-7:30 a.m. and June 3 from 5:30-7:00 p.m.  For a full schedule, or more information about testing methods visit, urec.wsu.edu/personal-training or call (509)335-8732.
