PULLMAN, Wash. – I want to thank all those who joined our first open forum on the Pullman campus on Monday. Nearly 100 faculty, staff and graduate students attended – not bad for a sunny July afternoon.
PULLMAN, Wash. – When we announced that Washington State University would be celebrating its 125th anniversary in 2015, we knew it would be a special year. No one, however, understood just how important it would be for our institution.
PULLMAN, Wash. – President Elson S. Floyd has requested renaming of Washington State University’s electronic gateway from “zzusis” to “myWSU” to better reflect the variety of resources and services available via the portal.
PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State University is welcoming more than 5,300 new freshmen and transfer students this fall and approximately 130 new faculty members. Administrative leadership changes and construction projects also point to a vibrant institution on the go.
PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington lawmakers are heading home after successfully completing their 2014 session on time. Their supplemental budget includes several critical provisions that will directly benefit students at Washington State University and throughout the state, and I thank them for that.
