Public invited to meet Anne McCoy on July 16

Anne McCoy, who was named the 15th director of athletics at Washington State University June 25, will be formally introduced at a press conference at 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, in the Alger Family Club Room at Gesa Field, located on the second floor of the Gesa Field premium seating area.

Washington State University President Kirk Schulz will introduce McCoy at the press conference, which will be followed by a meet and greet with community members. The public is invited to attend the event. For those not able to attend, the press conference will be streamed live on WSU Athletics’ Facebook page.

Media attending the event in marked cars may park in the small lot across from the premium seating entrance to Gesa Field on Wilson Road, east and adjacent to the Jordan Schnitzer Museum. For additional questions, please reach out to Bill Stevens (wsstevens@wsu.edu).
