Faculty, staff, and student representatives from across the WSU system have been pulled together to form a 16-member search committee that will direct the search for an executive vice president for finance and administration.
The role will expand upon the duties and responsibilities held by Vice President for Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer Stacy Pearson. Pearson, who started at WSU in 2017, will be retiring at the end of this year.
The search will be chaired by Sandra Haynes, WSU Tri-Cities chancellor, and Jill McCluskey, Regents Professor and School of Economic Sciences director. The goal is to announce an executive vice president by January 1, 2023.
