State of the University address March 22

Washington State University President Kirk Schulz will host this year’s State of the University address virtually from the WSU Tri-Cities campus beginning at 3 p.m., March 22. The event will stream live on YouTube.

State of the University will kick off with keynote remarks by Schulz, highlighting the past year’s accomplishments and discussing the future evolution of the WSU system. Schulz will follow his remarks by addressing questions submitted in advance from members of the WSU community. WSU’s response to the pandemic, its plans to emerge better prepared to meet the needs of students, and the next steps for the OneWSU system will be discussed.

The Q&A will be moderated by Douglas Call, Faculty Senate chair, and Anna McLeod, Administrative Professional Advisory Council chair. The deadline to submit questions is March 18.
