WSU to conduct internal search for Advancement VP/Foundation CEO

Washington State University will initiate an internal search for a permanent vice president for advancement and chief executive officer of the WSU Foundation beginning this month. A search committee is being formed, and candidates will be invited to submit applications in the coming weeks.

The mission of University Advancement is to build support for WSU through philanthropic giving, increase alumni and donor engagement, and manage assets to further the university’s mission. Since it was established in 1979, the WSU Foundation has raised more than $1.7 billion in private gifts to support WSU students, faculty, and staff.
