Teams will host home games during break

PULLMAN – WSU’s basketball teams will keep a busy schedule during the Christmas/New Year’s break. First up will be a doubleheader at the Toyota Center in Kennewick, Wash., as part of the Tri-Cities Cougar Classic presented by Gesa Credit Union, with both games being televised live.
 
The Cougar women’s game against San Francisco will be televised live by Spokane’s KHQ, and tip-off is scheduled for 1:35 p.m. FSN Northwest will also re-air the game later that evening at 10 p.m.
 
The Cougar men’s game against Portland State will be televised live by FSN Northwest at 4:30 p.m.
 
Greg Heister (play-by-play) and Craig Ehlo (analyst) will call both the men’s and women’s games.
 
Tickets are still available for the doubleheader, though they are selling fast. For more information call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000.

  • Saturday, Jan 2 – Oregon State, 4 p.m., Beasley Coliseum
  • Friday, Jan. 8 – Arizona, 5:30 p.m. in Tucson, Ariz., televised on FSN NW/AZ

  • Saturday, Dec. 19 – San Francisco, 1:30 p.m. in Kennewick, Wash.
  • Tuesday, Dec. 22 – Nevada Reno, 7 p.m. at Reno
  • Friday, Jan. 1 – Oregon State, 7 p.m. at Corvallis
  • Sunday, Jan. 3 – Oregon, 2 p.m. at Eugene
  • Thursday, Jan. 7 – Arizona, 6 p.m. at Beasley Coliseum
  • Saturday, Jan. 9 – Arizona State, 2 p.m. at Beasley Coliseum
