WSU’s Jazz Big Band II to offer concert

PULLMAN — WSU’s Jazz Big Band II concert will take place at 3:10 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30, in the Kimbrough Concert Hall.
 
The band is directed by Patrick Sheng, a graduate student in the School of Music.
 
The program will include the songs Central Park West by John Coltrane and Bebop by Dizzy Gillespie. Featured soloists of the concert include Duke Sullivan, Lewis Jeter, Bryce Horn, Lukas Johnson, Jonathan Urmenita, AJ Brodin, Roger Johnson, Brian Wesley, Maddy Walentiny, Tom Guenther and Chase William

The concert is free and open to to public.
