Lunchtime music fills library atrium Fridays

WSU Libraries’ Atrium Music is a free, informal concert series 12:15-1 p.m. most Fridays during the academic year in the Holland/Terrell Library atrium.

Christina Liu, a senior piano student of Gerald Berthiaume, will perform Oct. 30.
 
Since beginning piano at the age of five, she has been a featured soloist with two symphonies and has won numerous competitions and awards, most recently the James Edmonds Memorial Piano Competition. She has been selected to play in master classes with William Doppmann, Olga Kern, Robert Holm, and Angela Cheng, and has performed at both the State and National Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) Convention. 
 
Christina also teaches beginning piano lessons through the WSU Piano Pedagogy Lab School, is an active accompanist, and is president of the WSU Collegiate Chapter of MTNA.
