Flu and personnel procedures addressed

Personnel matters related to the H1N1 flu will be discussed by Human Resource Services at three September sessions for employees.

Sessions will include approximately 15 minutes of information from HRS, 15 minutes of H1N1 information from Health and Wellness Services, and a half-hour for questions and answers.

Topics will include:

  • How to determine if you have the flu
  • How to mitigate the spread of H1N1
  • What processes employees should follow if they have H1N1
  • When employees should not come to work and when they should return
  • Specific personnel processes regarding leaves due to H1N1
 
Sessions will be:
  • 1:30-2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, French Ad 139
  • 2-3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, French Ad 139 and via videoconference throughout the state
  • 11 a.m.-noon Friday, Sept. 11, French Ad 139 and via videoconference throughout the state
