Research administration training series begins Sept. 11

Administrative and management activities that contribute to successful research projects are the focus of the research administration training series that kicks off Sept. 11.
 
The first class, “Research Administration Update,” will focus on award processing and management. It will cover new forms, availability of online entry and processing, improved databases and workflow processing, and policy and procedure updates. 
Other courses in the series, which is sponsored by Human Resource Services Employee Training and Development, will discuss regulation compliance, administration costs and budgeting, understanding contracts, and proposal submission processes.
