Make a splash with the Outdoor Recreation Center

PULLMAN – Join the staff at the Outdoor Recreation Center for an exhilarating white water rafting trip while learning new skills and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

Located in Idaho, the Salmon River is also known as the river of no return.  It extends 425 miles through central Idaho before draining and dropping more than 7,000 feet above the Sawtooth Valley.  The river moves through a variety of climates and land types, from alpine forests to sheer rock wall canyons.
Using the well established white water company Northwest Voyageurs, this trip includes a guided rafting experience on the gorgeous and majestic Salmon River.  This trip will take place on Sept. 5 and does not include transportation to the launch site.

The cost is $69 for SRC members and $85 for non-members. The cost includes all necessary gear as well as a gourmet lunch. Registration closes Aug. 28.
