Golf course restaurant features dinner-for-two Wednesdays

The restaurant at WSU’s Palouse Ridge Golf Club has reopened for spring and is featuring dinner-for-two specials on Wednesday nights. 
 
The special at Banyan’s on the Ridge includes the choice of entrees, side salads, and an appetizer and dessert to share – all for $34.95. To make reservations, or for more information, phone 335-8474.
 
The March 4 menu includes choice of appetizers – mashed potato spring rolls, calamari, asian nachos or beef satay – and entrees – grilled chicken and andouille sausage, roasted chicken, caramelized salmon or prime rib. Desserts are cheesecake, chocolate decadence and creme brulee.
