South Fairway Road closures in November

South Fairway Road and sidewalk will be closed for extended periods in the upcoming weeks for the safe construction of the East Chiller Plant utility tie-ins, sidewalk replacement for chiller plant driveways, and building and equipment deliveries and erection.

South Fairway Road and associated sidewalk from the intersection of Cross Road and South Fairway to the West entrance of Valley Crest Village will be closed Nov. 10 to Nov. 14, Nov. 17 to Nov. 20, and Nov. 24 to Nov. 27. Further closure required in December will be announced when equipment deliveries are confirmed.

Traffic attempting to access South Fairway from the West near the greenhouses will be detoured to take Cross Road to Ellis Way and East towards Roundtop Rd and Hog lane. Traffic attempting to access South Fairway from the North or from Valley Crest Village will be detoured to Roundtop Road. Pedestrian foot traffic will be detoured via cones and signage through the Red 1 parking lot north of South Fairway and to the stairs at the greenhouse location near the intersection of Cross Road and South Fairway Road.
