After two straight weeks on the road, the Washington State Cougars (1-6, 0-4) will host the No. 6 USC Trojans (4-1, 2-1) with kickoff slated for 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Martin Stadium.

The Cougars are looking for their first conference victory this season, following last week’s loss at Oregon State. Saturday’s contest will be televised by FSN, with Barry Tompkins calling play-by-play, Petros Papadakis serving as analyst and Jim Watson on the sidelines.

Recently added to the quarterback roster is Peter Roberts, No. 13, (photo above) a freshman,  6′ 1″ and 190 lbs., who played quarterback at Woodinville High School. Roberts was added after the Cougs hosted an open campus tryout that fielded more than 20 candidates.
