NSAC hosts fundraiser auction for competition

PULLMAN – WSU’s National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) Team will host an auction, 5:30- 7:30 pm Friday, November 7, at the College of Communication Addition (CADD) Atrium.

Past auction items include a basketball autographed by a Seattle Seahawks Game Helmet autographed by Cougar Marcus Trufant, travel packages, sports memorabilia, gift certificates and more.

Money raised from this event goes to support WSU’s NSAC team in the American Advertising Federation District XI Regional Competition in April 2009 in which they develop a multi-million dollar, integrated communications campaign to combat overconsumption of alcohol by college students.

Members of the entire Pullman-Moscow community are invited to participate.  Admission is $5 and includes a beverage and viewing of “The World’s Most Outrageous Television Commercials.”  Tickets are sold at the door, but also available at various times and locations on the WSU Pullman campus November 5-7, 2008.
