UREC offers healthy lifestyle workshops

PULLMAN – Looking for that extra push to get you motivated to maintain a healthy lifestyle?
 
Participate in one of the many Sole Power workshops designed to educate individuals on topics ranging from the benefits of stretching, to living green.
 
The workshops are created to provided participants with healthy hints about lifestyle choices.
 
Topics include: the benefits of walking, green transportation, introduction to fitness, cardiovascular training, living green and the benefits of stretching. The workshops will be offered on various Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the summer.

Participants are encouraged to register for Sole Power prior to attending the workshops and may register through June 10. The cost is $8 for students, $10 for non-students and registration includes a t-shirt and pedometer.
