Stress management at UREC

PULLMAN – According to the National Health Interview Survey, over 75% of the U.S. population experiences a form of stress every two weeks. Learn how to manage stress and improve overall wellbeing by taking a Stress Management Workshop with University Recreation April 30.
 
Stress is a very serious condition that affects the mental and physical health of many people. This stress management workshop provides an introduction to the basic understanding of stress, stressors, and the stress response in people. Participants will learn techniques and methods to reduce and manage stress, including a simple breathing technique that has proven to be highly effective.

There is no cost to attend the workshop and registration closes April 25.
