RICHLAND, Wash. WSU Tri-Cities students now can relax between classes with a new high-definition flat screen TV mounted on a crimson-painted wall.
The alumni-funded Student Media Center at Washington State University Tri-Cities will be unveiled during a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30. The event includes a surprise presentation to recognize a Cougar instrumental to the project.
The Student Media Center is inside the Student Lounge, downstairs in the West building across from the Atrium, 2710 University Drive, Richland. The lounge is a popular hang-out for students, where they can play pool, foosball and video games.
