Veterans holdtoy, food drive

PULLMAN —The Associated Students of WSUVeterans Affairs and the WSU Veterans Outreach Center will hold their annual “Pack the Van” toy and food drive from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 4, 5, and 6.

Every year the student veterans of the university park a vehicle on Terrell Mall and fill it with donations from the WSU student body.

Toys, non-perishable food and money are collected and donated to the Pullman Community Action Center to be distributed throughout the local area to families in need.

This year, the van will also be featured Saturday, Dec. 8 in the Walmart parking lot.
