On Wednesday night, Dining Service staffs will swap out their aprons for feathered hats and lederhosens for a special German dinner at Stephenson Dining and Northside Café beginning at 4:30 p.m. “We’ll have Hansel and Gretel pouring root beer out of kegs,” said Greg Blanchard, a manager and chef for Dining Services.
