Hanford library tour scheduled

RICHLAND — Find out what resources are available to the public on a guided tour of the Hanford Technical Library.

The Hanford Technical Library (https://libraryweb.pnl.gov) is a research and technical library open to the community. It is on the Washington State University Tri-Cities campus in the Consolidated Information Center, 2770 University Drive, Richland.

The hour-long tour starts at 8:15 a.m. Thursday, July 12. Meet the library staff, become familiar with the library layout, and learn about the services, books, journals, standards, and technical reports available to community members.

The Hanford Technical Library is operated by the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. It is co-located with the WSU Tri-Cities’ Max Benitz Memorial Library and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Public Reading Room.
