Event offers tips for success grants

The Office of Research and the Office of Grant & Research Development will offer a new seminar, “Tips to Writing Successful Grant Proposal Resubmissions”, on July 18th, from noon to 1:00 p.m. in the ETC Room, Neill Hall 416.

Seminar presenters are Dr. Jim Petersen, Vice Provost for Research and via video-conferencing, Dr. Frank Scioli, NSF Senior Science Advisor, from the Division of Social and Economic Sciences, and Dr. Michael Sesma, NIH, Chief, Research Scientist Development Program from the National Institute of Mental Health.

The one hour presentation will offer strategies and tips to improve proposal revisions to receive awards. Refreshments will be provided.

The seminar is scheduled to be offered at the the same time in Spokane, the Tri-Cities, and Vancouver with locations to be announced.
