UW and WSU presidents author joint editorial

President V. Lane Rawlins, Washington State University, and President Mark Emmert, University of Washington, co-authored an editorial which appeared recently in The Olympian. The editorial focuses WSU’s and the UW’s coordinated efforts towards budget requests and lobbying the Washington Legislature.
