No other news compares for readerboard display

In the aftermath of the WSU men’s basketball win over No. 7 ranked Arizona, the score was the only message posted on the readerboard of Beasley Coliseum.

The Cougars’ Saturday night 77-73 win in overtime at Beasley Coliseum was a thriller. And the news overshadowed any other information that could be posted on the Beasley marquee.

Typically, the readerboard carries a variety of messages about upcoming events. But not on Sunday, when this photo was taken.
