A Prairie Home Companion at Beasley, Oct. 7

PULLMAN – A Prairie Home Companion with Garrison Keilor will be presented live Saturday, Oct. 7, at Beasley Coliseum.

Northwest Public Radio, a broadcast service of Washington State University, will host the event.

Tickets to the performance will be $35 and $55 and will be available at TicketsWest outlets. Tickets can be purchased by phone at 800-325-SEAT, online at TicketsWest.com or in-person at any TicketsWest outlet.

The show will begin at 2:45 p.m. and will be broadcast live to a nationwide audience starting at 3 p.m.

A Prairie Home Companion is a celebrated variety show produced by Prairie Home Productions and distributed by American Public Media. On the NPR and Classical Music service of Northwest Public Radio, A Prairie Home Companion airs Saturdays at 5 p.m. and Sundays at Noon. The program also is heard Saturdays at 3 p.m. and Sundays at 10 a.m. on the NPR News service of Northwest Public Radio.

A Prairie Home Companion is sponsored nationally by Lands’ End Direct Merchants, Select Comfort and Watkins. Local sponsors for the event are Washington State University, University of Idaho, Sleeping Lady Mountain Retreat in Leavenworth, the Moscow-Pullman Daily News and the Lewiston Tribune.
