Dedication of Pullman’s Riverwalk Monday evening in Pine Street Plaza culminated 20 years of efforts to beautify the community and bring together the downtown, residential and university areas of town.
Riverwalk now connects Pullman’s north trail system through downtown and to the east, where it ties in to trails onto the WSU campus and the Chipman Trail to Moscow.
Partners in the effort have included the Pullman Civic Trust, the City of Pullman, the Pullman Chamber of Commerce and WSU, as well as many individual donors and volunteers.
