PULLMAN, Wash. – After a two-year absence, Washington State University will host two performances of “The Nutcracker” ballet at Beasley Performing Arts Coliseum on Dec. 4.
The performances are set for 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets are $26, $24 and $14 for adults, with discounts available for students and children under 12. Tickets are on sale at all TicketsWest outlets, by phone at (800) 325-SEAT and online at www.beasley.wsu.edu.
The Nutcracker Ballet is based on the story “The Nutcracker and the King of Mice,” written by E.T.A. Hoffman. The story is about a young girl who dreams of a nutcracker prince and a fierce battle with a mouse king. The ballet is brought to life by colorful sets, dazzling costumes and an imaginative storyline.
