ASWSU to hold silent auction for Katrina relief

The Associated Students of Washington State University will hold a silent auction from 1-4 p.m. Sept. 29 to benefit those displaced by Hurricane Katrina.

The event will be in the Compton Union Building, rooms 214 and 216, and will be open to the public. All proceeds will go to the American Red Cross.

The auction items consist of various gift baskets, containing such items as teas, coffees, mugs and more, donated by a number of WSU residence halls and Greek chapters.
