Rawlins, Bates to Hold Back-To-School Press Conference

PULLMAN, Wash. — WSU President V. Lane Rawlins and Provost Robert Bates will participate in a back-to-school press conference at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday (Aug. 16) in Room 43 of WSU’s new Plant Biosciences Building, located across Stadium Way from Martin Stadium.

Rawlins and Bates will discuss the upcoming academic year, recent administrative changes at the Pullman campus and other issues.

Room 43 is located on the first floor of the WSU’s newest academic and research building, near the Wilson Road entrance. A brief tour of the facility will be offered following the conference.

This is move-in week at the Pullman campus. Classes on all four WSU campuses begin on Aug. 22.
