Master Gardners conference open to public Sept. 8-9

Pullman — WSU’s Master Gardener Program is now accepting registrations from the general public for its annual conference Sept. 8-9 on the Pullman campus.

This year’s conference, entitled “Citizen Scientists,” offers more than 75 classes for intermediate to advanced gardeners on a variety of topics, including insect identification, advanced plant disease diagnosis, hobby greenhouses and planning and designing healing gardens.

The registration fee is $175, and online, phone and mail-in registration options are available. The conference brochure and online registration are available at https://mastergardener.wsu.edu/mgconf.
