AP Advisory Council invites applications

The Administrative Professional Advisory Council (APAC) invites nominations from interested Administrative Professional (AP) personnel to fill vacancies on the council. Openings are for three-year terms beginning July 1, 2005.

APAC serves in an advisory capacity to university administrators on issues affecting AP staff.  Its goals are to:
* Provide a mechanism for broad participation in matters of interest to AP personnel
* Represent the wide variety of AP personnel
* Establish and maintain communication with the administration

The council meets monthly to discuss institutional issues, and/or other issues that may be suggested by AP employees. Video conferencing is generally available for members who do not work in Pullman.

AP employees who are interested in serving on the council are encouraged to complete an application form at the APAC website, http://www.apac.wsu.edu or contact any council member for information. A complete membership roster is available on the APAC website. Applications are due by Friday, April 8.
