Regents to Act on Building Projects, Bond Refunding at WSU Vancouver

PULLMAN, Wash. — The Washington State University Board of Regents will be asked to approve several building projects and bond refunding at the board’s regular meeting at 9 a.m. Friday, March 4 in Room 129 of the Student Services Building at WSU Vancouver.

Building projects on the agenda are an indoor baseball practice facility and the renovation of the Rotunda Dining Center, both on the Pullman campus. The board will also be asked to approve refunding proposals for bonds issued for the parking system, the housing and dining system and the Student Recreation Center to take advantage of low long-term interest rates.

The committees of the board of regents will meet Thursday afternoon.
