PULLMAN, Wash. — Gary Q. Pelter, Washington State University Grant- Adams area extension educator, was named the 17th recipient of the Kenneth J. Morrison Award in Agronomy and Soils Thursday at the Direct Seed Cropping Systems Research field day at the Palouse Conservation Field Station.
