Thirteen pieces of eye-popping art by Richard Elliott currently are on exhibit at the WSU Museum of Art, noon to 4 p.m. Monday-Sunday, through July 25. In a number of these pieces, Elliott employed massive accumulations of multicolored bicycle reflectors. Chris Bruce, director of the Museum of Art, describes these pieces as dazzling environments of light and color. Come see for yourself.
