SPOKANE, Wash. — The 2004 Taste Washington will conclude in Spokane on Saturday, June 13, featuring more than 60 Washington wineries paired with 25 regional restaurants. The Davenport Hotel, 10 S. Post St., will host Taste Washington events from 5-8:30 p.m.

Centered on Washington state’s $2.4 billion wine industry and epicurean bounty, more than 500 guests are expected to attend the third annual Taste Washington Spokane. Ticket proceeds will benefit the Davenport District Arts Board. Funds will be used for economic development within the Davenport Arts District in Spokane.
In addition to tasting quality wine and food, Taste Washington offers a silent auction that features large-format Washington wine bottles and experiential packages. Attendees will bid on a number of packages, including numerous large-format bottles of wine from Washington wineries, instant wine cellars, a wine dinner at Arbor Crest Winery’s Cliff House, a Coeur d’Alene Resort package, trips, a Broadway show and more. New in 2004, participants can spin the Wheel of Wine to win a Washington wine souvenir.
