Insights for managing multiple generations

A three-hour workshop, titled Generations in the Workplace, will be presented statewide via satellite/broadcast, from Murrow Hall West Room #53, at 8:10-11 a.m. Friday, June 11. This class, taught by Karen Zucco-Gatlin, WSU Human Resources, identifies the four generations currently in the workplace, the core values and views of each generation, and the challenge of managing a multi-generation workplace. Strategies for communicating with and motivating each of the generations are also identified.
