Regents’ President William Marler Will Speak at WSU Fall Commencement Dec. 13

PULLMAN, Wash. — William Marler, president of the Washington State University Board of Regents, will speak at WSU’s fall commencement set for 10 a.m. Saturday Dec. 13 in Beasley Performing Arts Coliseum.

A 1982 WSU graduate, Marler is an attorney and partner in the law firm of Marler Clark in Seattle.

More than 580 graduates are expected to participate in the ceremony, up from some 515 a year ago, said Teri Nelson, the university’s commencement coordinator.

V. Lane Rawlins, WSU president, will preside at the ceremony.  Jesse Aspuria, president of the Associated Students of WSU, will also speak.
