WSU Sorority Service Week Set for Nov. 6-10

PULLMAN, Wash. — The third annual Washington State University Sorority Service Week is set for Nov. 6-10. The 16 WSU sororities on campus will be participating in various community service projects throughout the week in Pullman and Moscow.

“This event is important to all the members of the Greek system because we are giving back to those members of the Pullman and Moscow communities who have been so helpful in our success,” Lyman said.

Sororities are participating in community service projects such as leaf raking for Pullman senior citizens, apple picking for the Whitman County Food Bank, and social events at local nursing homes.

WSU’s Community Service and Learning Center will coordinate the week’s community service projects.
