Solstice Wind Quintet to Perform March 11

PULLMAN, Wash. — Washington State University’s Solstice Wind Quintet will be in concert March 11 on the WSU campus.
The 8 p.m. program is planned for Bryan Hall Auditorium and is open to the public without charge.
Founded in 1978, the ensemble includes Ann Yasinitsky, flute; Gary Plowman, oboe; James Schoepflin, clarinet; Susan Hess, bassoon; and Roger Logan, horn. Guest pianist will be graduate student Irina Albig. The group visits the Pullman campus at the conclusion of a school concert tour throughout Washington.
The performance includes selections by Francis Poulenc, Jean-Michael Damase and Malcolm Arnold.
