Multicultural Student Services Convocation and Reception

PULLMAN, Wash.–The 8th annual Washington State University Multicultural Student Services Convocation and Reception will be held 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, in WSU’s Compton Union Building Carey Ballroom.
Open to the public and sponsored by the WSU Office of Multicultural Student Services and the Council of Multicultural Student Presidents, the evening’s activities focus on welcoming new and returning students, staff and faculty of color to campus. Speakers will include Gretchen Bataille, provost, and Steve Nakata, MSS interim director.
Awards to be presented include those from the council, MSS and the director.
