The Hameedi family arrived at their new home in Pullman after fleeing war torn Afghanistan thanks in part to the efforts of Paul Whitney, associate vice president for international programs.

Student-created wines blend well with holiday celebrations

Students work with faculty and with commercial wineries and if their Blended Learning wine turns out well, it’s bottled and sold with the student’s name adorning the label. Proceeds are funneled back into the program.

Cougs show generous spirit on Giving Tuesday

The Cougar community participated in Giving Tuesday on Nov. 29 by making 198 donations, totaling $55,960, spread between 100 unique funding areas across the WSU system.
