WSU Planetarium: Sky Wonder Down Under – Jan. 27

The WSU Planetarium presents an interactive guided tour in the star theater: Sky Wonder Down Under, an exploration of the skies of the southern hemisphere.

Friday, Jan. 27, 7 p.m., or

Sunday, Jan. 29, 5 p.m.

Tickets at the door are $5 (cash or check, no cards). Children 6 and under are free.

Explore with us the south’s odd sky motions, spectacular constellations, and unique astronomical objects. What does the southern cross look like? What about alpha Centauri? Find out under the starry (but cozy warm) dome of the WSU Planetarium.

The WSU Planetarium is located in room 231 Sloan Hall. Map and directions are at https://physics.wsu.edu/planetarium/
