W2 Addresses and Social Security Numbers

We will be printing W2 forms in the next few days. We want to be sure we have your correct information for mailing and filing. To ensure your W2 will be mailed to the correct address, check your “Mail” address today in MyWSU. We use the “Mail” address for W2s, not the “Home” address. W2s will be mailed out by the end of the month. We will announce next week when online W2s will be available. The following link shows a video tutorial on how to check and change your address in MyWSU (formerly zzusis. The tutorial still refers to zzusis instead of MyWSU) http://payroll.wsu.edu/video/addresschg/index.html. This link is also on our home page at www.payroll.wsu.edu.

You may check your social security number by clicking on the Earnings Statement link on your WSU portal page. If you need to correct your social security number please contact Payroll Services as soon as possible, (509) 335-9575, or payroll@wsu.edu .

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
