Sweat the stress with UREC this week

Attend free fitness classes during the final week of the semester! Exercise (and fun!) is proven to improve concentration and memory. Sweat the stress fitness classes are available to all UREC members on a first-come, first-served basis. You can also attend these free fitness classes by purchasing a day pass. Find options in the Student Recreation Center, Chinook Student Center, and online. Register for a class that appeals to you by visiting urec.wsu.edu/fitness.
