Polycom conferencing outage May 5

Videoconference Infrastructure Support personnel will be conducting maintenance on the Polycom DMA and Resource Manager on May 5.  The servers will be down from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Hosted conferences will not work on Polycom infrastructure and endpoint registrations will be down.

Point to point dialing and VMRs will still function. No underlying functionality will be impacted, nor will meetings hosted on Pexip/Unite VMs be affected.  If you have questions or concerns prior to or after the maintenance window, please feel free to contact the VC support team at 509-335-6575.
