Open Enrollment dates, changes, and presentations

Open Enrollment is coming soon, and will run from Oct. 27–Nov. 24, with a Jan. 1, 2026 effective date.

HRS Benefits started providing communications and presentations for Open Enrollment starting in September.

The following presentations will be offered soon via Zoom — Meeting ID: 812 058 2016

  • Open Enrollment Overview: Oct. 9, 1–2:30 p.m.
  • FSA Overview: Oct. 10, 10:30–11:30 a.m.
  • CDHP/HSA Overview: Oct. 13, 1–2 p.m.

Other live presentations will be offered, and recordings of the above sessions will be available after each session on the HRS Open Enrollment web page.

Participants in the UMP Plus plan must choose a new plan, as UMP Plus will no longer be offered starting in 2026.

Both Kaiser and UMP rates are increasing for 2026. Review the 2026 Premium Rates for details.

The Open Enrollment web page provides information on benefit changes, rate changes, the Benefit Fairs schedule, and other important information you need to know.
